Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

We at battery.co.bw want you to be happy with your purchase. Though, if you need to return the product or cancel the order, them we urge you to take note of the points below.

Return policy

Important things to keep in mind when returning a product to us, for a refund:

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only products that have been purchased online from battery.co.bw can be returned.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging inclusive of all the original accessories, cords, adapters and documentation.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return a product

To return a product to battery.co.bw, you need to simply send an email to info@battery.co.bw in which you state that you wish to return a product. An agent will respond promptly to your mail and guide you through the return process.

Kindly note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. And shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund then the cost of return shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Please note that there will be a 20% admin charge for products correctly issued/supplied. If you receive a refund then this admin fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund and the refund method depends on your original payment method. i.e. If you paid by/Via:

  • Credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned.
  • PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
  • Direct deposit, refunds will be sent to your bank account within five business days of receipt of the returned item.
  • Cash or card swipe transaction at our offices, refunds will be sent to your bank account within five business days of receipt of the returned item.

Kindly contact the card-issuing bank if you have questions regarding when the credit will be posted to your account.

Exchange policy

If you purchased a product and found that is incorrect then you can return it to us in exchange for the correct product.

Please note that there will be a 15% admin charge, to do an exchange, for products correctly issued/supplied.

Important things to keep in mind when exchange a product:

  • You have 2 calendar days to return the product, for exchange, from the date you received it.
  • Only products that have been purchased online from battery.co.bw can be exchanged.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging inclusive of all the original accessories, cords, adapters and documentation.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation policy

If you cancelled your purchase after the product were picked up, and you were charged for it, we start your refund immediately after you submit your cancelation request.

Simply send an email to info@battery.co.bw in which you state that you wish to cancel your purchase. An agent will respond promptly to your mail and guide you through the cancellation process.

Please refer to the information on refunds as stated in the “Refund policy” above, when cancelling a product purchase.
